The Crinoline Lady Soap Company presents the S.T. Soap Holder – a limited edition, porcelain soap holder, molded from a classic panty-liner, and finished with mother of pearl lustre. These sculptural objects were made Mary Conroy, and are available exclusively at Ormston House. They are packed in hand-crafted, branded boxes designed by Rachael Drennan of Ordi Designs. The Crinoline Lady Soap Company was created by Mary Conroy for the Feminist Supermarket in 2020 and 2021. The Feminist Supermarket was funded by the Arts Council of Ireland with strategic support from Limerick Culture and Arts Office. Mary Conroy will donate full proceeds from sales to the Artist-in-Residence scheme supporting local artists.
